Since 5 of our 6 team members have been through Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University, and “live like no one else today so that we can live like no one else tomorrow”, we felt it would be a great business decision to partner with an organization that could help us connect with like minded clients that could identify and learn from our experience with the program (and sometimes they can teach us a thing or two!)

ELPs earn Dave’s endorsement, they don’t buy it
Being an ELP isn’t easy; it’s hard work because ELPs are held to a higher standard of excellence. While ELPs do pay a fee to cover website maintenance and employment costs, Dave’s endorsement is not bought — it’s earned. We have a 26 person team that interviews potential ELPs several times and provides support to make sure they provide the best advice just like Dave does. We also make sure that every ELP is someone you feel comfortable talking to and is a person you can trust.

On top of that, we evaluate the performance of all ELPs every month to make sure we recommend you to the best agent possible. Also, every person who uses an ELP has a chance to grade them based on their personal experience through surveys we provide.

ELPs give great customer service and are easy to understand
We’ve made sure our ELPs really do have the heart of a teacher and provide top-notch customer service. No one likes to be talked down to or feel like they don’t matter. Our ELPs pride themselves on their willingness to work with every Dave fan and treats them like a friend!

It’s a fact that people who use a good agent sell their home faster and for more money. In fact, a study by the National Association of Realtors shows that people who use an agent sell their homes for 16% more than people who don’t. Trying to sell your home yourself or using an inexperienced agent can cost you thousands more, including time and frustration.
